Gino is Sensei for the Southend Jikishin Ju-Jitsu club. Many years training in Ju Jitsu, Judo and Kempo Jitsu. Kobodo (Weapons) level 4.

Brown
Dave is co-coach along with Gino and is currently training to take his Sho Dan.
Dave is a recognized BJJA Coach, has level 5 Ko Budo (Weapons), is first aid certified and CRB cleared.
Bob

Now in Bushido Poole Dorset but often pops back. Bob will always be welcome to train at the Southend club.

Sadly Dave injured his ankle and foot during the last training session before Christmas. I am sure though this is not the first time he has been plastered!

Darren has recntly won Gold for sparring and silver for ground fighting at the Jikishin nationals

Simon Kirkpatrick
Blue
Simon won a bronze medal for ground fighting at the recent Nationals. Simon finally passed his blue belt Grading (Horrah).
Paul Donovan

Paul was extremely unlucky not to get a medal in sparring at the recent Nationals. Paul also assists Gino and Dave teaching the kids.
Roy Watkins
Green
Roy has recently got his green belt and will be in serious traing for his blue belt.
Roy also helps with the kids.

Nick obviously had a bad har day when this pic was taken.
Edmond Memolla
Orange
Edmund competed at his first national recently. Although he did not win a medal I am sure he wants to compete again next year.

Sev has recently had an injury and exams, hopefully in the new year he can get more training in.

Darren recently earned his orange belt. It will be intersting to see if he gets a new coloured belt before he gets new coloured hair.

Sarah has only been with us for a short while and has already passed her first grade.
